Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3P1, SNRPCP14, and MIR1208. Each is linked with MIB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIB2-to-partner and partner-to-MIB2 results are reported.
