MIB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,962 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, WIZ, and PSMB10. Each is linked with MIB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIB1-to-partner and partner-to-MIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIB1 versus PTPRC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
