MIB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LUZP1, COL3A1, and SVIL. Each is linked with MIB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIB1-to-partner and partner-to-MIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIB1 versus LUZP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
