Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, OR56A5, and ZSCAN1. Each is linked with MIB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIB1-to-partner and partner-to-MIB1 results are reported.
