Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1252P, RNU6-205P, and RN7SKP135. Each is linked with MIAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIAT-to-partner and partner-to-MIAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
