MIA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,787 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM177A1, NEMF, and RALGAPA1. Each is linked with MIA2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIA2 versus FAM177A1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
