Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,766 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPR2, CEP170B, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with MIA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIA2 versus GMPR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
