MIA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP18, LINC01066, and RPS15AP34. Each is linked with MIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA-to-partner and partner-to-MIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP18 grouped by MIA-low versus MIA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
