Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,787 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL2, ARHGEF11, and PMVK. Each is linked with MGST3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST3-to-partner and partner-to-MGST3 results are reported.
