MGST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-11P, RNA5SP527, and MIR8071-2. Each is linked with MGST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST3-to-partner and partner-to-MGST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-11P grouped by MGST3-low versus MGST3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
