Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,614 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, SPR, and BIN3. Each is linked with MGST2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST2-to-partner and partner-to-MGST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGST2 versus ARFIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
