MGST2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,445 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF20, OLFM2, and MAP7D3. Each is linked with MGST2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST2-to-partner and partner-to-MGST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGST2 versus PHF20 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
