Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATIP2, SQSTM1_S152, and NOVA2. Each is linked with MGST1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST1-to-partner and partner-to-MGST1 results are reported.
