MGST1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,354 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPT16HP1, DERA, and CP. Each is linked with MGST1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST1-to-partner and partner-to-MGST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGST1 versus SUPT16HP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
