Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC11P, MIR548Y, and MIR3140. Each is linked with MGST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST1-to-partner and partner-to-MGST1 results are reported.
