Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Memory B-cells. Each is linked with MGST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST1-to-partner and partner-to-MGST1 results are reported.
