Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,065 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to lipid hydroperoxide, Glutathione transport, and Regulation of body fluid levels. Each is linked with MGST1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST1-to-partner and partner-to-MGST1 results are reported.
