MGP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,115 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGN, OLFML1, and TNS2. Each is linked with MGP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGP-to-partner and partner-to-MGP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGP versus OGN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
