MGP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P30, LSS, and SLC3A2. Each is linked with MGP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGP-to-partner and partner-to-MGP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P30 grouped by MGP-low versus MGP-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
