MGP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Endothelial cells, lymphatic Endothelial cells, and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with MGP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGP-to-partner and partner-to-MGP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endothelial cells grouped by MGP-low versus MGP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
