Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,011 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuole organization, Export across plasma membrane, and Regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with MGP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGP-to-partner and partner-to-MGP results are reported.
