MGMT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,441 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM53B, RPL3, and TBC1D7. Each is linked with MGMT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGMT-to-partner and partner-to-MGMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGMT versus FAM53B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
