MGMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4472-1, OR9A1P, and RNU6-1286P. Each is linked with MGMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGMT-to-partner and partner-to-MGMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4472-1 grouped by MGMT-low versus MGMT-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
