MGMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, DEFA4, and SLC4A1. Each is linked with MGMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGMT-to-partner and partner-to-MGMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP15 grouped by MGMT-low versus MGMT-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
