MGME1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGME1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGME1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, TRMT6, and RFC1_S368. Each is linked with MGME1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGME1-to-partner and partner-to-MGME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGME1 versus XRN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
