Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGME1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,992 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGME1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with MGME1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGME1-to-partner and partner-to-MGME1 results are reported.
