MGLL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGLL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGLL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF23, KIF11, and CRYL1. Each is linked with MGLL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGLL-to-partner and partner-to-MGLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGLL versus KIF23 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
