Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGLL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGLL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, MCRIP2, and RPS19BP1. Each is linked with MGLL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGLL-to-partner and partner-to-MGLL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by MGLL-low versus MGLL-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
