MGLL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGLL mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,306 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGLL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCHSD2, PAK5, and RINT1. Each is linked with MGLL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGLL-to-partner and partner-to-MGLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCHSD2 grouped by MGLL-low versus MGLL-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
