MGAT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,087 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, TRIM2, and RAB24. Each is linked with MGAT5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT5 versus TSN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
