Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, FGD2, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with MGAT5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT5 versus ARHGAP15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
