Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP218, RNA5SP277, and MRPL39. Each is linked with MGAT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP218 grouped by MGAT5-low versus MGAT5-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
