MGAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, C-Raf, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MGAT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by MGAT5-low versus MGAT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
