Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,306 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGAT5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, Peptidyl-serine modification, and Viral protein processing. Each is linked with MGAT5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation grouped by MGAT5-low versus MGAT5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
