Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MGAT4EP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MGAT4EP data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MGAT4EP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MGAT4EP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and UCEC are the cancer types where MGAT4EP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
