MGAT4D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT4D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, IGHV3OR16-13, and RBAK-RBAKDN. Each is linked with MGAT4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4D-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
