MGAT4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,347 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6766, PABPC1P12, and LRRC7-AS1. Each is linked with MGAT4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4A-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6766 grouped by MGAT4A-low versus MGAT4A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
