MGAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and C-Raf. Each is linked with MGAT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT3-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by MGAT3-low versus MGAT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
