Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,035 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGAT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process in the vacuole, Negative regulation of lysosomal protein catabolic process, and Detoxification of copper ion. Each is linked with MGAT3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT3-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT3 results are reported.
