MGAT2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF536, NUP210, and ZNF182. Each is linked with MGAT2P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT2P2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF536 grouped by MGAT2P2-low versus MGAT2P2-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
