Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pentose-phosphate shunt, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, and Transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MGAT2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT2 results are reported.
