Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,216 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABGAP1, GARNL3, and POGZ. Each is linked with MGAT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT2 results are reported.
