MGAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, CELA3B, and OR4M1. Each is linked with MGAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by MGAT2-low versus MGAT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
