MGAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK10, HCK, and ITGB2. Each is linked with MGAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT1 versus STK10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
