Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,059 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASP5, FCER1G, and AQP9. Each is linked with MGAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT1 versus CASP5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
