MGAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R39, OR2T35, and OR2M4. Each is linked with MGAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R39 grouped by MGAT1-low versus MGAT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
