MGARP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGARP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,486 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGARP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD, MYLK, and CALD1. Each is linked with MGARP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGARP-to-partner and partner-to-MGARP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGARP versus PALLD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGARP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGARP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
