Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGARP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,362 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP1, CHRD, and KLHL4. Each is linked with MGARP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGARP-to-partner and partner-to-MGARP results are reported.
