MGARP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGARP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00904, RNU6-1069P, and MTA2. Each is linked with MGARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGARP-to-partner and partner-to-MGARP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00904 grouped by MGARP-low versus MGARP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGARP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGARP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
