Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGARP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with MGARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGARP-to-partner and partner-to-MGARP results are reported.
